The goals are simple.

To aggressively learn.

To purposely move forward.

To inject creativity into opportunity.

To help others grow and step closer to realizing their dreams.

To work with purpose.

To trust and to earn trust.

To love the thing I am contributing my time and energy.

To laugh.

To have fun.

To be kind.

My name is Gregory Leonarczyk and I am the co-founder and managing partner at Twelve Sutherland where I focus on helping ambitious doers create, build, and transform their equally ambitious ideas into real-world solutions.

I am an avid surfer and tennis player, a coach and a teacher, an average cellist, a six-chord guitarist, a chocolate chip cookie aficionado, and an abstract painter, which for me just means I am not very good. I fool around with graphic design and video editing. I invent games and produce some unusual live events.   Tea is better than coffee.

I am an adamant supporter of the positive effects of summer camp on child development and have volunteered and contributed to America’s Camp, a sleep-away summer camp for the children who lost a parent or sibling on 9/11, and Camp SeaStars North, a camp for the children of the Sandy Hook Tragedy.

I think a lot about how to improve education.

It always has been and always will be about your people.   Get your people right and give them the freedom, structure, and resources to build and the rest follows.

I am here to listen.

I am here to help.
